location: RP notebook fair. [only 2 notebooks on sale. wth right?]

me [after queuing for 15mins]: -hand over the tax invoice- im collecting the notebook i ordered the day before.
woman: ohh. okayy.. -type type type- what's your username and password?
me: what?? what's that?!
woman: oh, did the salesgirl say you have to bring the letter RP posted to you some weeks ago?
me: errr. NO?! so i dont have the informations. what shld i do?
woman: i guess you have to come again tml.
me: for 3 consecutive days?! well.. alriggggghhhhhttttt.. what time?
woman: in the morning.
me: ?!
woman: about 930am maybe? you'll get your notebook fast cos there'll be lil people.
me: =( oh.. sian. byee.
woman: and remember to bring the letter you forgot to bring!
me: okaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay. [turned away and diao-ed those people queuing beside me]

today,
location: RP notebook fair.
time: 945am.

me: hey, im here to collect the notebook.. again.
another woman: ooohhh, you were the one here yesterday right? haha!
me: yes, thats me. so can i take it?
woman: sure, proceed to the room behind.
-walked to the room-
me: can i collect my notebook?
woman: yes, but you have to wait about 1/2 hr.
me: okaaay. i shall wait here.

man: hey, you've been sitting here for quite sometime, what's your name? i go check if your notoebook is ready.
me: thanks, im teresa.

1hr 15mins later, my notebook finally arrived.
THEY WERE LATE BY 45 MINUTES. MY TIME IS PRECIOUS FUJITSU SALESWOMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i tried to set up the router but my lappy didnt get any network connection and my pc's msn cant work.. i'd been trying from 930pm till now.. 0234am.
I NEED HELP.
my lappy's batt depleted and im charging for the 2nd time now.
COMS ARE MAKING ME VERY FRUSTRATED.
i admit im a computer idiot/retard.
but i didnt know i'll be THAT bad.
